At Borisetti Atelier, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your hat, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and packaged in the original box or bag.

Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom-made orders are final and non-refundable. However, if you've ordered the wrong size, we can help:
- We offer complimentary hat stretching (shipping costs apply).
- Alternatively, we can send foam inserts to adjust the size slightly.
How to Process a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return or exchange request.

- We currently do not offer a free returns service.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Notification: Once your refund has been issued, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Secure Packaging: To avoid damage during transit, ensure your hat is packed securely.
- Non-Returnable Items: Hats showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
