How do I travel with my hat?
The best way to travel is to wear your hat. Alternatively, Borisetti Atelier offers an elegant traveling hat bag.
How do I determine my head size?
To ensure you are choosing the right size, we strongly recommend all clients to measure their heads before purchasing a new hat. Just as for shoes and clothing sizes, we all have unique shapes and measurements.

My hat doesn’t fit properly, what should I do?
If you feel your hat is just too tight, we recommend returning your hat for the next size up and adding a hat filler.
If your hat is too big, a hat filler may be an option as it reduces the hat size by approximately 1-2cm. The filler tailors the hat to fit your head shape and size perfectly. The filler also works if your hat is too big lengthways.
Can the rain damage my hat?
Rain is not our best friend, so keep your hat protected from it – an umbrella is highly recommended!
If your hat does get wet, we recommend laying it on a flat surface overnight until dry. Doing so, you will also preserve its shape. Do not dry your hat on a heater.
Can I wear my Borisetti Atelier hat in the sun?
Our hats are made using premium rabbit fur felt, so they can be worn in hot climates without any discomfort to your head skin.
Our hat brims provide shadow and protect you from the sunrays.it’s very needed for those who has some pigment spots, melasma or other face problems.
To prevent your hat from color fading, please avoid prolonged periods of sun exposure.

Do You have a shop I can visit?
Yes, Borisetti Atelier lives in Vilnius (Address: Eglių gatvė 35-101, Vilnius, Lithuania, LT-03138), but please note that appointments are required

What payment methods do You accept?
We accept the following payment methods: credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal. All orders will be charged in your local currency.
Will I need to pay taxes?
Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance. Borisetti Atelier is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to custom clearance and cannot predict what they may be.

Will my hat stretch?
Yes, on average, our hats give away about 0.5cm. If you can’t fit one finger in between the inner sweatband of the hat and your forehead, we recommend going one size up.
